The model is a good likeness. We've had other 3D models made by other companies from photos, and also using an 'in person' 3D scanner booth. The scanners have produced the best results, but this was a posthumous model to add to our collection.

We submitted the photos online, but asked to see 'proofs' before the model was printed to check we were happy with it. We strongly advise you to do this. No model from photos will be 100% what you expect it to look like, but this company were happy to make revisions using additional photos we sent, so this was good service.

HOWEVER! The order took over three months to be delivered, despite me chasing and being promised several dates. It missed the gifting occasion is was ordered for which was a huge disappointment.

When we received the 3D, we were really surprised on the accuracy. We absolutely love it. Now, when we have departed from this Earth, we can still haunt our son. lol Thankyou

Do not waste your money! Busts come out looking horrible and have a “snot like” substance around the face. Took over 2 months to arrive even though it says 4-6 weeks and communication is terrible! Constantly lied to about dispatch date and all for it to arrive looking how it did, terrible! Was then offered a reprint for £45! What a joke. Had the absolute nerve to compare themselves to Madam Tussauds in a email to me too lol hope this company goes bust!

I am very satisfied and proud of my purchase. When I handed the figure of my fiancé and her deceased grandmother she teared up and hugged me in approval. It was her birthday gift.
